Mandi is a right handed Leo, born in the year of the Boar. She has taught classes at the Bead &Button Show, appeared on Beads, Baubles and Jewels with Katie Hacker, and was published in Beadwork magazine. Her current favorite bead styles are bead embroidery and freeform peyote. She enjoys beading late into the night while listening to Led Zepplin. Beading philosophy: “There is more to creative process than just “thinking outside the box.” Like in the movie The Matrix with the girl bending the spoon with her mind—I want you to understand that not only is there no spoon, there is no box.”
