I am an internationally and nationally published and awarded beadwork and textile jewelry artist, project designer, tutor, and writer from Australia. For me, jewelry is an accessory of expression of thyself and not just an adornment. I am inspired to create heirloom quality beadwoven and textile jewelry that has meaning and value for the wearer. I have been involved with beads for more than twenty years and also experiment with bead embroidery, soutache, embroidery, and off-loom beadweaving stitches. My design journey has now embraced Shibori silk ribbon as a design element within bead embroidery.
